2. Services

We provide digital products and services. Upon purchase, your order is completed immediately, and you can access and download your files directly from the Order Completed page. All products and services are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not offer refunds for any reason.
• Purchased files are available for download immediately on the Order Completed page.
• You are responsible for accessing and downloading your files at the time of purchase.

This policy complies with Slovak law on digital content and the waiver of the right to withdrawal for immediately delivered digital goods.

4. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe as an independent payment service provider. We do not control and are not responsible for Stripe's systems or services, except to the extent required by applicable EU or Slovak law.

5. Use of Third-Party Services

• Google reCAPTCHA - protects the Site from spam and bots. Subject to Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• PHPMailer & Composer - used for email delivery functionality.
• Lenis scrolling - for enhanced scrolling experience.
• Google Analytics - collects anonymized site usage statistics. By accepting cookies, you consent to Google Analytics tracking.
